The key, in my opinion is to keep practicing quietly without drawing undue attention to the practice because typically they are so simple nobody wants to hear about it anyway :)

Nobody wants to hear about it. And that's when you know it is right. I mean, who wants to hear that you ate vegetables, drank water, slept well.
