What does OS Reset moves mean? Are they somewhat similar to the mobility work we do @Quad? My google search led me to a originalstrength.com blog article, and they recommended reading the 'Pressing Reset: Original Strength Reloaded' book.

Original strength is a system developed by Tim Anderson. Check out his YouTube channel. Head nods, rocking, rolling, crawling are referred to as resets.
