Yes - I used to look down on 10-minute routines, when I was 20-something and had all the time to spend at a gym. But over the last 15 years, I've realised finding that MED is crucial. And it keeps changing every few weeks/months.
Yes!!! In the depths of winter, facing -2° at noon, getting some steps in means walking inside the house - it is what it is! I have come to the realisation that movement is all that is important - the whys and wherefores the only thing that need to be sorted. Not the "should I actually go for a walk?"
Stripped down to the basics…yes go back to basics as they say…any routine that can be done almost daily, anywhere, without any boredom and idea of exhaustion can go a consistent and constructive way…sounds undramatic but that’s what works and stays…what stays leads to some fundamental changes
