But isn't walking 6 days a week better? Why not 9 days a week?
Here's some simple math.
6 days a week x 1 hour a day x 3 months and then you quit coz it was too hard and taking too much time and you just couldn't keep up and you didn't get a 6-pack and so it is not working = 72 hours
3 days a week x 10 minutes a day x 10 years because it is walking 10 minutes day = a whole lot more
Do what you can do. Build a habit. Start small. Yes, it is that simple.
P.S: You actually go on a walk. Not that inside the house stuff.
