There's nothing magical about those combinations. Do you really think that there's a magical solution out there which is so simple that allows you to do whatever you want and the entire world does not know about it?!
Yes, there are benefits to apple cider vinegar, for example. But there are benefits to drinking water as well.
It could be a placebo effect. Which is still valid.
It could be the fact that you are drinking water regularly.
It could be the fact that you are thinking about your health and doing 5 other small things right (like saying no to chocolate randomly).
It could be anything.
But what it is not is a magic pill.
